Lead Paint

What is the best way to dispose of lead paint?
I have a 1 year old, and our door frames and window frames were painted with lead paint, and there are layers of the same. How could I get rid of it without putting my child in danger. go to their grandmother during the time it takes to get rid him. It would also be an adult dust it hurt? Thanks so much!
Let me make some corrections here …. Most of the 300,000 to 400,000 poisoned children in the U.S. Today's not get to lead dust or eat chips or chewing window sills. Co. When a professional makes the containment and pressure negative pressure is not positive. The air is HEPA filtered before discharge. I know of no central bank, state or local laws that prevent the removal of paint lead at home. The only problem I would run into if it dumped the chips on the street. Even current EPA rules allow you to take it to a landfill, as "garbage" that would have to agree with the posters above. The safest way to do this is to cover with a layer (s) of good painting. Just keep it becomes dust. The biggest problem I have is the windows. That means you have "double hook" of Windows. (sliding up and down) also sounds you have lead in their exterior finish work. That means it takes place in the window guides. In this case. .. Each window of time rises, the lead dust is generated and a slight breeze that has blown into the house. Lead dust from opening windows can / will be invisible (BTW. My house was built in 1943 and have the same problem) If you will not have Professionally replaced these using lead safe work practices, then have a little change of lifestyle to experience. 1) Make the soft exterior window frames and easy to clean. A new coat of paint or, better yet, install a hard vinyl sheets. 2) Every time and every time you open a window, use a clean wet towel / Rag to whip the interior window sill, then the outer sill. Then dispose of the towel. This will ensure that the lead guides window does not end up in their apartments. Ghost In My Head $11.95 Drawn from, or inspired by, personal experiences — some direct, some tangential, some metaphorical — the songs on Ghost In My Head are bone-marrow direct, honest and spectral. Some, like “Save Me” and “4 Small Hands,” are keening laments for unnamable loss — irretrievable innocence or opportunity or something deeper. Others, like “10,000 Miles” or “Oh Mother” or “Holding On,” are, according to … |
