To celebrate the culmination of a fundraising effort, GE Hot On Broadway again to entertain their employees and families. But with a limited timeframe, Broadway Show can custom build a time to reward the audience?
Here's how Hot On Broadway he met the challenge …
Initiative:
In 2007, GE employees were instrumental in fund raising over $ 22 million to aid in the renovation of the Theater of the historic Proctor. To celebrate the completion of the project, GE Hot On Broadway came to transform the act from its annual Family Day. GE needs a high energy, family friendly Broadway shows to entertain a diverse public. Hot On Broadway delivered the event in less than 12 weeks.
Solution:
Working as a partner of GE, custom production, identified key objectives, and set up a cartel of 15 heads lying in the Broadway companies of Chicago, Grease, Jersey Boys, The Lion King, Mamma Mia!, The Phantom of the Opera, Rent, and Wicked.
Results:
Over 5,000 visitors were welcomed to the door by photographers, street performers and characters from Broadway blockbusters. Each person received a personalized program of the event, and food and drinks are served throughout the theater. With cast members to recreate her show-stopping moments from Broadway, the Broadway Hot performance culminated in the blasts of confetti, cheers and applause.
