Do I need to know how to play an acoustic guitar to play bass?
I started learning to play an acoustic guitar a month ago, but I want to play under the end. Do I have to know how to play acoustic bass
No, no. Bass is actually a totally different instrument. Maybe you the same appearance, sometimes with the same account of the strings, but different. But it is a good thing you're training your fingers. When playing bass, you have to straighten the fingers much broader, and I advice you to learn the fingering, harvesting, plucking and slapping the bass. Only covers important basic concepts. If you need really good tabs for bass just email or something. Fun easy to play. And I could email you some of the practices:) with the teaching texts / videos. Good luck.
